Responsibilities

All managers and supervisors are responsible for implementing this policy within their areas of responsibility. All employees and contractors are responsible for following safe work practices, reporting hazards and incidents, and actively participating in our HSE programs.

Management Commitment

The senior management of 77Legacy is fully committed to this policy and to providing the leadership, resources, and support necessary to achieve our HSE objectives. This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, and best practices.
